This hotel was a great find! The staff, especially Yana, were incredibly helpful and gracious. The room was spotless, with thick towels and comfy robes. I also loved the slot for the key card in the room to keep the electricity on. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had a variety of local foods. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city, as it was within walking distance of all the main sites and good restaurants.
Not one thing was wrong with the hotel or this city.

Great location, near Deribasovskaya Street and restaurants. Clean and comfortable two-room suite. Strong wifi signal throughout the hotel. Modern flat-screen TVs. Helpful staff and English-speaking. Cheap taxis arranged by the hotel. Convenient for day trips.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this luxurious 4-star hotel and I was truly impressed with the level of comfort and quality services provided. The location of this place was perfect, situated in a quiet area right in the center of the city. It was conveniently located in front of a beautiful synagogue and just a short walk away from the main Deribasovskaya street where you can find a great selection of excellent restaurants.
In conclusion, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay. The staff was friendly, the location was perfect, and the services provided were of the highest quality.

Staying at this hotel was a wonderful experience. Its prime location, just a short walk from the city center, proved convenient for exploring the many attractions in the area. the hotel also happens to be situated right across from a synagogue, adding some cultural interest to the stay. the room was spacious and impeccable, and the fully stocked bathroom made for a luxurious and comfortable experience. Breakfast was a true delight, with a diverse range of delicious options to choose from. the friendly and welcoming staff made the stay all the more memorable.
The hotel's restaurant could improve its service.

The hotel's breakfast was fantastic with fresh fruits, vegetables, meats and eggs, breads, juices and dairy products. The location is perfect as it is easily accessible to the city park, opera house and local markets. We were impressed by the cleanliness and spaciousness of the room, which was equipped with a comfortable and large bed.
The soundproofing of the room was not perfect and we could hear noise from the corridor throughout the day. the hotel's WiFi was slow in the afternoons, making it difficult to get online work done.
